Welcome to "Coming Home," an extraordinary Bali Yoga Retreat taking place in Ubud from February 29th to March 5th, 2024. This retreat is not just about finding your inner peace; it's about discovering your true self and bringing that newfound wisdom home with you.
Let me share my story with you. During my time living in Bali, I discovered my true purpose, inner peace, and underwent a profound journey of self-discovery. Bali became the birthplace of my transformation, a place where I found my sense of purpose, and where inner peace became a guiding light in my life.
I've found a profound sense of belonging in the Balinese way of life, and my yoga practice has flourished amidst these beautiful surroundings. Ubud, Bali has become more than just a place; it is my refuge, my sanctuary, and my inspiration. It's where I've found my inner self and my true home. It was a transformational experience that changed my life forever.
So, "Coming Home" is an opportunity for you to do the same. To journey to your inner self, find your true home within, and then take that sense of belonging and mindfulness back with you when you leave.
Seeing this as an opportunity to share the gifts of yoga and Bali with my community, I'm keeping the price of the retreat at a minimum, so that we can all come home together! 🌸🌞🏡🧘♂️💫

Through yoga practice I am able to observe my true self and aspire to my Higher Self. I practice to keep my mind and body healthy, so I can take yoga practice off the mat and into my life. I teach yoga to share the wonderful benefits it has given me.
Born on the Russian-Chinese border and raised in Siberia, I spent much of my life living in different places, including Southeast Asia, California, and New York. Continuously finding myself in a new place, yoga became the only constant in my life. After 15+ years of various styles of yoga and a 200-Hour Hatha training in Thailand, I was led to my first Ashtanga teacher, Ade Adinata, in Bali, Indonesia, and instantly felt at home. Since then, I spent time studying Ashtanga Yoga with Kino McGregor and Tim Feldman and have completed a 500-Hour training under Guru Sri Dharma Mitra, which led me to opening up Sound of Om.
I currently teach Ashtanga at New Vibe Yoga (NY) and Sound of Om (NJ).
