WELCOME TO WELLNESS CIRCLE

MARCH 23 – MAY 4, 2025


Wellness Circle is an 8-week community-based journey to well-being, focused on group accountability and support. It was born out of the desire to support our members and neighbors on their path to mental, physical and emotional well-being.

This 8-week program is built on the practices of meditation, healthy nutrition, physical fitness and communal support to achieve one's personal goals in wellness.

WhAt is wellness circle?

Studies have shown that collective support and group goals increase the results up to 60% (depending on the area of activity), and we are positive that each one of us will benefit on our own as well as a whole community.  


Each week the participants will be given a 10-page guidebook describing the practices for the week, with a plan and checklist to mark milestones and achievements on the intention they set at the start of the program.


These practices will include journaling, various meditation techniques, physical exercise, and peer support.  


The group will meet (in person or online) once a week to share their progress and challenges.   


At the very least we will get to know each other better and have a lot of fun conversations and gatherings.


Next Wellness Circle begins on 3/23/2025, cutoff time to join is 4/2/2025.


WhO can join?

  • Anyone, anywhere, all gatherings will be on Zoom as well as in person, so anyone can attend them. 
  • Members and non-members of the studio can take part in the circle. 
  • You don’t have to do yoga in our studio, and you don’t have to do yoga at all if that’s not your jam. We will be focusing on nutrition, wellness, meditation and you can pick your own form of physical exercise. 
  • Anyone who is interested in becoming more mindful, more relaxed, more healthy and more balanced.

Building a community around well-being fosters a sense of belonging and support. Knowing that others are on a similar journey can be motivating and reassuring.

Group accountability can significantly impact individual commitment. When people feel accountable to a group, they're often more motivated to stick to their goals.

Addressing mental, physical, and emotional well-being indicates a holistic approach to health, recognizing the interconnectedness of these aspects in overall wellness.

Offering support to members and neighbors indicates inclusivity and a desire to extend benefits to the broader community.

Structured Program

An eight-week program provides a structured framework for participants to focus on their well-being goals. It sets a clear timeline and facilitates progress tracking.

ABOUT US

Katya Guseva

Katya is an E-RYT 800 certified with Yoga Alliance, dedicated to living a yogic life on and off the mat. With over 15 years of practice, she recently completed an 800-hour training under Guru Sri Dharma Mitra, deepening her commitment to sharing yoga’s transformative power. Inspired to create a space for spiritual and physical practice, she founded Sound of Om in Jersey City, where she currently serves the community by sharing yoga.

Atithan Kingsawat

Atithan is a licensed mental health counselor and life coach dedicated to helping others transform their lives with authenticity and care. Since 2018, she has guided clients toward healthier relationships with themselves through inner child work, mindfulness, and journaling. Her approach fosters self-trust, confidence, and clarity, creating a safe and supportive space for healing, growth, and authenticity.
