At Sound of Om, everyone is welcome, regardless of level of practice, to explore the physical, mental and emotional benefits of yoga. Yoga is not just an exercise, but a journey towards a healthier, happier, and more harmonious life, and we are here to support you every step of the way. We wish to provide space for the local community to enjoy practice and form deeper relationship with themselves and each other.

Sound of Om is a balancing space for all, with classes of various styles and lineages, including the dynamic Ashtanga and the heart-centered Dharma Yoga, liberating Vinyasa and reviving Yin classes. Dive into these rich practices and experience the transformation of body and spirit. Our classes are designed to help you build strength, increase flexibility and mobility, reduce stress and enjoy other countless benefits that come with consistent practice of yoga.
